I've spoken to 6 different agents at the MTN Call centre, a few months ago i did an upgrade from a blackberry to a samsung phone, i then noticed that i am being charged more than what ihave signed for and with that being said i the contacted the call centre where the first agent told me to send through prrof of purchase but i did the upgrade via the call centre, second agent told me that he had logged the call with the billing department and that they would get back to me in 24hrs, i called back after the 24hrs and theat agent told me that they will resolve the query withing 48 hours as that is their turn around time, i called back again after the 48 hours and was then told that the other agents made a mistake and that their turn around time was actually 72 hours, i have been charged for blackberry services on a samsung phone for the past 6 months and now that i have to get my refund no one is able to assist, i am sick and tired of being pushed from pillar to post, last person i spoke to told me that she will have to escalate the query as billing division hasnt touched it yet and therefore i would have to wait yet another 48 hours for a resolution.
