WHAT A JOKE FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

My usage on my cell phone account was incorrect. After being put through to about 5 different people, a gentleman by the name of Leepile Monchusa eventually understood what I was trying to say and confirmed that a credit was due. I was assured that the credit would be put through within 3 days. Well, three days later, still nothing happened, I then contacted them again and spoke to a lady by the name of Alicia Nair, who assured me that she will be escalating the matter to the billing department and that within 48 hours, all should be sorted. Well guess what, 4 days have gone by and the matter has still not reached resolution.By now the debit order has already gone off my account, even though there is a pending enquiry. I am most appalled by this shocking service. Apart from the non-service, if you contact their offices, you are placed on a hunting line and should you eventually get through to one of their " champs ", they will just put you back on the hunting line if they are unable to assist you with your query. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wonder how long it will take to get my refund?
