Billing issue

Can someone please attend to my billing matter thathas now been on going for almost a month. i have contacted Cell c on 3 occassions with the following refence numbers and have not as yet received a response for my query. I am NOT willing to pay for a R3000 plus bill on the 25 May 2013 because of a pending matter. Why must all issues with Cell c only be resolved when one posts a Hello Peter query... Can I just once send a compliment
