Overcharged, pricing changes, no notifications

A few months ago Axxess DSL changed their 10mb pricing to match their 4mb option (R375). I changed my service to use this revised 10mb service with lower price, under the impression that I would be notified about any price changes (this was on the website). All was fine until billing. My invoice CLEARLY states that I am using the 10mb account at a price of R495, yet the ammount of R675 was deducted from my account.

This is some BS.
