I have upgrade on the 28 february 2013, i was using blackery an i have upgrade to samsung, the cuased was 279.00 per month, i told the lady that i dont want insurance, she gave me a contract, but on the month of march the amount that has been debit was of 419.00.i call at the call center, the explained that problem the eplain the insurance of blackbery is on prepaid, insurance on simcard, bis on samsung which i didnt agree with them.on the 11april 2013 i went to the store, and this other lady and other guy check on the system an the told me on face that am the one whom done mistake because i didnt inform the lady whom was helping me about .so am wrong.i evenas them if i can take the matter to consumer rights, whpm do you think could won the said their not sure but am wrong
