INVOICED FOR SOMETHING BUT NOT PROVIDED!

I just like thousands of other customers have experienced the pathetic service that APC has to offer. I was invoiced for a 500MB data bundle which I did online which was incorrect but was activated none the less. I received the bundle all well and good. The 02nd month (Sept-Oct) I got my statement and saw I was charged for the bundle and on the side of it read "DO NOT USE" I went to the Northgate branch to query this because 3 days after being invoiced I did not recieve my data only to be told by the consultant that the package has been discontinued. He then deactivated it and said he will reactivate the correct 1 and log a refund for credits to my account for the incorrect 1 which I did not get my bundle on and then I will be charged for the correct 1 pro-rata. ALAS, this was not the case. NO customercare whatsoever. I called in twice and all I got was my query is still in progress. What happens to the R149.99 that was charged and debited to my account, I am now without a bundle and being charged for something that I have already been charged for! I hope somebody can have the decency and respond and contact me with SATISFYING NEWS.
