Cant add an automatic Data Bundle

Hi
I got an MTN contract last year for a samsung smartphone, its comes with 150 mg free data per month. I use a lot more than that per month and have to phone every month to order a data bundle else I pay per megabyte which is very expensive!
MTN cant/wont add an auto-matic data bundle per month and has no online topup facility so I end up with expensive data charges per month because I forget to phone through and add on a data bundle!

I dont understand why they cant add a data bundle automatically ...?
