To whom it may concern
I lately notice something strange on my account specially with my anytime which where disappearing without any good explanation to me. As much as I didn't have a proof to this there was not much I could do, until last week Thursday afternoon on 10th January 2013, where I had a 145 minutes on my account, whereby I made a call to 081073... number, the call lasted for 2 minutes 58 second. To my surprise after an hour when I check my balance I had 137 minute & 30 second.

I phone Vodacom to inquire about this, a call ref no: S3-SE63J-JBRCK was given to me and I was promised that someone was gonna call me within 24hour. The following day which was Friday 11th January 2013 around afternoon someone from Vodacom did call me but her story to me it made no sense as she said that the system is not updating in real time or life, she went to pull a call that I made on Wednesday the 09th January 2013 around 21:00 which was 4minutes 48 second. I asked her that she was telling me that it took their system over twelve hours to update my account? As to her logical explanation and experience with the system that was correct.
