What a Rip Off

Vodacom advertises that contract air airtime is carried over to the next month. They do not tell you that they do this in an unconventional way. Say you have 100 minutes in January and use only 10 minutes, 90 minutes are carried over to Feb. In Feb however instead of January's minutes being used first, you start making use of February's minutes. Let's now say that you use all February's minutes and 20 minutes carried over from January (120 min in total). When reaching the end of Feb you have used all Feb's minutes and are left with 70 minutes carried over from January. Now the rip off, these minutes will expire and be lost because they were carried over from January. If the carry over worked fairly and logically January's carry over minutes would be used first and then February's. This would then leave 70 minutes which would be carried over into March.

Secondly, my contract was activate on 1 December when there was a bonus of 500mb additional data for the 24 month period. I was not allocated this originally and when I was it appears to have lasted for 2 months. I now only receive 200mb in February. What's up Vodacom, do you think the consumer is stupid?
