Good day

I have contacted the call centre on 5 different occasions during January 2013 in connection with our Top Tv not working. Every time the call centre ladies promises to give my details to their Manager as the manager is the only person that can help me with a technition in my area, well until today I have had zero calls back!!!

I also asked 5 times that my system gets downgraded to only Variety and the call centre ladies all promised me that it is no problem and that I should phone on the 1st of February for the downgrade.

Well when I called this morning Dorothy informs me that I cannot downgrade as my system is not activated!! yes I know that I have been waiting for the MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK???

I am also not in a credit of over R200.00 anymore as I activated the system on the 7th of January and only called on the 10th of January to inform the Call centre that the system does not work!

The 7th of January is a FRIDAY and the 10thof January is a MONDAY= WORKING DAYS!

I will not be charged for the three days and I want my ful;l credit to show on my account and I want to downgrade TODAY!!!

MANAGER TO CALL ME WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 25 MINUTES!!
