Upgraded account in December and new contract included 75 anytime minutes. Received bill end of January for substantial amount for calls made. Called Vodacom to discover that minutes in contract were only OFF PEAK!!! Lodged complaint with Vodacom and was sent from one department to the next receiving dozen of reference numbers along the way. Line gets supended about every second week and when I call and refer them to reference number I get the same reply every time... "Query has been closed and matter resolved, client has been contacted"Til this day not a single Vodacom employee has contacted me regarding the query and I make a point of calling Vodacom once a week for Feedback but to no avail. Today I call again, same story and Customer (I really dont) Care agent hangs up on me when I want to speak to her superior! ICASA referred my complainant back to Vodacom and they responded by saying that the matter has been resolved!!!
