1 week of promised delivery yet still no phone!

I ordered a an additional line to an existing contract in my name online on Monday 6 January 2014. Phone was delivered on 7 January but was broken. I called on Wednesday to advise, and the post sales care team advised a new one would be sent on Friday. Friday came and went yet there was no delivery. I called Vodacom who advised that they tried to deliver on Thursday, despite being told emphatically by the agent on Wednesday that a delivery on Thursday would be impossible. I was promised a delivery for sure on Monday 13 January but that never happened. I'm due it today again but i am not holding my breathe.

in the meantime, my wife has been home for 3 full days, today is her 4th, waiting for a delivery that never comes. I have spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to resolve it. I was promised call backs by team leaders that never happened, and i was promised a complaint would be logged. That too has not happened. Hence, I resort to hello Peter.

This is appalling service Vodacom, and i expect both my wife and i to be compensated for our time. I want a detailed explanation of the failings, with call transcripts and a reason why i have been treated so poorly. You will pay!
