Still waiting on TV

I am still waiting on the delivery of the samsung TV. I got a call from the courier company on Friday 11/01/2013 13h53, where the lady informed me that the delivery guys was at my house on the Thursday evening 16h55. According to them there was no one home. I get home every evening at 16h40 and I have three little dogs who makes alot of noice if someone just toughes the gate. I informed her that they were definely not at my house. I told her the will be someone at home at 16h00 on Friday, however she said that the guys will deliver on Monday at 16h40.As there is no one home during the day. I waited in vain last night fot my delivery...
