This past week I've been trying to sort out my Vodacom account.
My account has been activated incorrectly.
Since Monday the 3rd June 2013 I've been trying to get my account sorted out. First of all you wait for AT LEAST 45 minutes, listening to the most awful music over and over again, then when you get hold of an agent they don't know what to do and transfer you to the next agent.
Tuesday I finally got hold of someone (after being tranfered 6 times and trying to sort out my account for 2 and a 1/2 hours) that said my account would be sorted out and I will be contacted in 24 hours.
To my surprise I was not contacted within 24 hours, so I phoned back on Thursday. I held on for another hour and 45 minutes. I think I can speak a bit Korean now, listening to Gangnam over and over again. When an agent finally awoke from their slumber and took my call they were again unable to assist me and promised the activation department will phone me back again within 24 hours.
It's Friday night and still no call from Vodacom.
Worst, pathetic service EVER!
