BILLED FOR A COPY OF ITEMISED BILL I NEVER GOT

I have been in contact with MTN numerous times for a copy of a itemised billing statement to be mailed to me for the month of February 2013. I have phoned and i have e-mailed them a copy of my id and a form i completed requesting the itemised bill. i have been promised via email and telephonically more than 10 times that it would be sent to me as i wanted to see why my bill because it was so high, the number in question was 0810426730, i received my STATEMENT now, where they billed me for x2copies of itemised bills they sent me which i have not received. I am so frustrated and angry at MTN. I dont want to go online, I hve requested it from them!!! This is my first time with MTN but i will never use them again!!!
