Shocking, unhelpful and nonchalant attitude

Upon receiving a rather large bill from MTN I wanted to for my own records to view my itemised bill. I called on the 8 February 2013 to request a once off itemised bill, a service which is charged for and which I have been billed for. The consultant on the phone seemed more concerned about ending the call than actually helping me.By Monday 11 February 2013 I still had not received it, I called again and this time the consultant did not listen to what I wanted and ended up adding itemised billing onto my account, a service which is charged for which I didn't want. Again I did not receive the specific requested itemised bill. I resorted to going to an MTN store to ask for it, again I was told the same story and was assured it will be sent to me, again nothing. I returned a few days later to the same store, was told I would receive it with my statements. I have called several times again and still no luck, I have had to pay this bill without my right to view my statement. Is this because MTN doesnt want me to see the itemised bill? I have sent an email of complaint via the MTN active function to which no response! If i was not bound by a contract I would have moved to Vodacom.
