The staff attitude including the Store Manager of the Voda Shop at Vodaworld is shocking. You stand in the que for hours because the service is slow, then you have two people assisting one person. Trying to phone the store is just a bad idea as they simply refuse to pick up either one of their two numbers, I tried to lodge a complaint but even THAT department does not answer the phone, so who at Vodacom is ACTUALLY working, I thought Cell C was bad but you are worse. I cannot get a simple answer to a question I have over the phone, I have waisted precious time by staying on the line but no one answers, now I am forced to get into my car and take time off work to ask a question, do you have a certain phone in stock and would you keep it for me so I can collect, that is it, nothing major, but you are not interested in your client's needs at all.
