On Wednesday the 3rd of April I was scheduled to have telkom come to my place and install a 4mb uncapped line with free installation and modem.

When the guy arrived he told me he had no modem? if its a installation and free modem surely you bring a modem? I ended up going through to Canal Walk in the evening to get my free modem that was supposed to be delivered to my residence.

Also when the guy was there he asked my what I ordered? Again, Surely he should know what hes coming to do? He then went on to tell me that they issued me with a 2mb line, not a 4mb and that I should call in the next day to upgrade to a line speed I had initially ordered in the first place.

On Thursday morning I did so and was told it would take 48hours, since then I have called numerous times and no one can give me a straight answer as to why its not done???

I was told I'd get called, no one has called me. My neighbour had her line upgraded same day? why does mine take a week?

I was with another internet provider and left them because of bad customer service.

This is ridiculous service and I am not prepared to stand for it. Sort my line out or I'm cancelling my contract with you.
