21 July is thought I will treat myself to some data. Where else to go but the flagship store Vodaworld. I got there 8:54 and got kicked (literally by a security guard) out the store because you weren't open. So i waited outside the shop and only got in 9:04. It is almost like they wanted to show me - "we are not here to help you and we are not interested in you and we will open when it suits us". So now I am in the store and asked about data bundles. The sales person "Gift" was only there because he had to be. No smile, no welcome, no "thank you", just sign here and pay there. How rude. Worse is that i bought 1gig data with a top up contract an in you Ts and Cs it is written that the night owl is available for top up and open contract clients and then in the very next line it says is it not available for top up contracts. Now i am confused so i asked "Gift: and he just says well that's the way it is "it is not available for you".

Do you even know what customer service is? I have been with you (Vodacom) for 8 years and this is how you treat loyalty. I am also due for a cell phone upgrade but didn't do it due to the poor service. It is really shocking for a company like you...
