Phone handed in month ago with vodacare centurion for following errors

Does not ring
Can't hear
Bluetooth not working
Cuts out

After 2weeks received it back. Same problem only software upgraded

29sept phone back with same problems at vodacare menlyn sent to advanced centre. 3 oct phone back. On asking if phone has now been fixed. Answer "we'll u won't know until u hve testes it"

Tested it last night. Still not working

Phoned vodacom customer care this morning. Cannot help I must take it back to vodacare or they offer to collect. This was 8oclock. When I refuse and said I want this not fixed I want the phone replace. Answer. " take it to the vodacare shop and speak to the manager.

Paul of repairs is bringing by the store. And have to give my complaint and he said he cannot make a decision and the SMS receive called me as a client or customer a sub. Which is unprofessional and the manager Cassandra. Went to check notes. They refuse to replace and want to book it in again and this"sub" will not have it booked in as this will have me agree to the fixing of phone.
