Incompetent staff at Vodaworld

We went to Vodaworld to upgrade my cell phone contract from a Blackberry to a Samsung Note 3. Whilst the staff in the cell phone shop was helpful, the staff from the Vodacom helpdesk was incompetent to the extent that my cell phone is now not working. The lady from counter 22 should have exchanged the data from my old sim to my new simcard and my cell phone should have been activated within 24 hours. Unfortunately she deactivated the working sim card and now nothing is working. When I enquired from Vodacom's helpline they informed me that they can't assist me and that I have to drive all the way back to Vodaworld for them to sort it out.
