Sim suspended no feedback from the store

On the 09/03/2013 I opened a new contract with Mtn and I took galaxy note, the sim card only worked for 1 week, I went back to the store 16/03 to report, a consultant called their head office he found out that the number was suspended, he took my details, sim details and he said he will give it to the consultant who assisted me with contract (since he was off on that day) and he'll do a follow up and give me feedback. Seeing that nobody is keeping me in the loop on 27/03 I went back to the store demanded to speak to the manager, the consultant who assisted me to open the contract quickly jumped in and said he is working on the matter the reason why line was suspended its because it was a recycled number, I asked him will I be paying the first instalment for something that is redundant he said no this month there won't be any deductions but that was a lie. Again seeing that there was no feedback I went back to the store on the 02/04 and I spoke to the manager in charge that day he checked and said the request is still pending due to long weekend and holidays but he will ask the consultant to do a follow-up and give me feedback, ever since that day I haven't had a call from them
