Failure to resolve a case

I received an SMS last on the 16 June 2013 saying" your SIM swap request has been received and is being processed. If you did not request this please call "1761"immediately." I called them an they said somone did a SIM swap at Eastgate MTN Store on my name, and they called the store immediately and the manager there said they will make a follow up and the agent suspended my number. They said I must make an affidavit and I gave it to one of the agents in Menlyn and he did send throught and he gave me MTN USD Ref:2363331. in July they billed me R525, 39, August R420, 50, September R420, 50, October R420, 50, while I was paying R219, 00 on my contract, my question is why were they billing me if my number has been suspended. I made a follow up and everytime they told me that department is busy they will refund me my money. I had to block them from taking my money from my account, and yet my number is still suspended. Every agent when I call they are telling about Boitumelo who is handling the case and he/she will call ma back, and Thembinkosi (0832007342) said he will follow up, till today. I'm so sick and tired of MTN bad service, I don't want their contract anymore"I WANT MY MONEY!!
