On the 28th of December 2012 I called the One2one call centre to cancel my contract with them, they said it was going to be cancelled on the 28 of January 2013. That happenned and my simcard was disconnected on monday the 28th and the said it was going to work within 48 hours. on wednesday afternoon i called back because my simcard was still not working and the consultant told me to wait another 48 hours. on thursday I called again and the consultant I spoke to said my simcard was damaged so I should buy a new one and call them back. This morning I bought the new simcard and went into the Foschini store in Greenacres and they called the one2one call centre for me. I spoke to a guy named Marven and he said I must give him the simcard number and then he told me he was going to call me back and my simcard should be fine soon. When I called again this afternoon the consultant I spoke to said they sent a request to MTN and I should wait for Marvin to call me back, when I asked her when will that be she said she does not know but when he has feedback he will call. What I want to know is why must I spent a week without a phone because they cannot do their job properly.
