New Contract Headache

I recently had a contract opened at the beginning of the month, but during the sales call I specifically told the sales consultant several times that I wanted the new contract to be opening on my existing pre-paid number.

But lo-and-behold they didn't do as requested. Instead they opened the contract on a NEW n.umber. If I wanted a new number I wouldn't have mad a special request would I?

With several calls to their Porting, Contract and even Feedback department they assured me that it would be resolved. Now 3 weeks into the new contract they haven't done a single thing. And when I specifically requested to speak to the manager on 3 occasions, the consultant would not want to patch me through. Are they scared that the manager would reprimand them on their incompetence or are the manager just there for show?

It is EXTREMELY frustrating to have to call in EVERYDAY and not get a single result in 3 weeks, ESPECIALLY with a new Contract from Cell C. You would imagine that they would be more helpful with a new client.
