One the 11/10/2013 I upgraded my talk contract at the MTN store in Centurion mall. I requested that my data contract migrate to a talk contract and i was advised by Jamaine that i would receive feedback by the 15/11/2013. I then had to phone the store back as i received no feedback. The sales consultant had no recollection of the request to migrate to a talk contract and also had no reference for the request. I then phoned the store back again on the 18/10/2013 as yet again i received no feedback. Over the weekend of the 19th and 20th Jamaine left a voicemail on my phone that he is not working the weekend and will give me feedback by the Monday. Today is now the 23/10/2013, and to date i have no feedback on the migratiuon from the data contract to a talk contract. This is the worst service i have ever received!! Does MTN have so many customers that they could not care about one single customer with a simple request! At the amount my cell account is with MTN every month, i would truly expect BETTER FEEDBACK AND SERVICE!
