I've had enough!!! Furious!

Beginning of July I renewed my contract at Liberty Midlands mall for the S4 galaxy on anytime 200 for R399. Prior to signing for my upgraded i requested that the consultant cancel my nashua mobile insurance. This notification was provided end of June, and confirmed via email. Provided the 30 day notice period i assumed that end of July i would no longer be paying for insurance however this was not the case! The consultant explained that the 30 day notice will mean that only by August the cancellation would be effective. Two weeks ago payment was made in store and once again the installment was more than expected, in querying about this it was found that the insurance cancellation was still not processed and the manager and consultant were now unaware of this. The manager claimed that the consultant is still in training and he will see to the problem and reimbursement will be made. Today I have received a message to say my account is in arrears and the line will be suspended. In addition, the payment i made IN STORE is not reflecting, insurance isn't cancelled and I have not received feedback from the manager. This is just a glimpse of the poor service I have received at this store!
