WORST PROVIDER I HAVE ENCOUNTERED

To whom it may concern,

My name is Gurschen Petersen and I have a top up R350.00 which gets deducted from my bank account every month. On the 23/24 December 2013 my line was suspended - I called client services to find out why, the consultant advised that i am in arrears with R900 for which i requested a statement which she could not supply me with, i asked what the arrears was for as my account gets debited every month for the R350.00 and i cannot exceed the R350.00 as it is a top up contract, she could not advise what it was for and i was told this would be investigated, NO FEEDBAck from her, i called again and was told the exact same thing and recieved a call back advising the arrears was for before i chaged to a top up, i asked for a statement again, TO DATE this has still not been resolved, not one person has gotten back to me, i cannot afford for my phone to be suspended for more than a week with NO feedback as to why, Nashua mobile doesnt even have the decency to follow up. If i do not get feedback by the close of business today i will be seeking legal advice and will take my business elsewhere because this is utterly ridiculous!!!
