Since 12 September 2012 I have been trying to regularise the over-charged amount levied against my account on a monthly basis by Altech Autopage.

Every month I query this problem and only get promises, 0n 26 February I spoke to a supervisor Monique, a very rude Monique I must add, and she promised to give me a written answer within 48 hours (because that is the normal time for them (Altech) to respond to "such" queries).

When I asked if it cannot be expedited, she told me; "You are welcome to close your account and then your problem will resolved quicker".

She refused to give me her manager's name or escalate my problem to her manager

Needless to say, that to date I am still awaiting a reply from them.
