Cancellation Fee Charged

I have had a complaint with 8ta for lack of service and they have agreed to cancel the contract and no penalty will be charged. They have given me the Case Number 2343093. What do you know, they charged me a cancellation fee and for 4 month now, i have been fighting for a refund and Nkuli continues to forward my complaint to the billing department and thereafter forgets about it.

The lack of customer service is really amazing, they basically the money from my bank account.

Typical service and they prove to be the inferior provider who does not have the correct staffing levels.
