Requested cancellation on 21.11.2012 reference number 6037860. Confusion from MTN about whether I may cancel. Then an agreement from MTN that I may cancel with a termination fee for cancellation. My question as to the amount this penalty cancellation fee would be still not answered. MTN sent a question asking what device I had purchased. My response was a question to MTN that perhaps they could look on their database and see what it was. My second response was the details Broadband 2GB.By this point the date is 30.01.13. The numbers 0833798170 and 0837881756 which are attached to the Broadband 2GB were frozen on approximately the 25.12.12 as they were. The charge of 149.00 per month per number continues to be charged by debit order even though a cancellation has been requested, even before the freezing of the numbers.
