Lets start from the beginning:

I successfully applied for a data bundle contract from telkom mobile for my iPad, which was to be used as a wifi hot spot and even though I explained this to the consultant, I was not told that Telkom Mobile does not support Personal Hot spots.

After discovering the above, i proceeded to cancel the contract, which supposedly can be done without a cancellation fee as long as it is done within a "cool down" period (7 days).

Amazingly enough I was billed for the ffg four months and charged a cancellation fee. My account was luckily closed after FOUR months (Absolutely pathetic how slow these people work when they owe their clients money), and all the amounts were refunded (last refund was on the 05 August) except for the cancellation fee.

I have sent the billing department numerous amounts of follow up emails re my refund but none of them responded, not even to say "Sorry for the delay in response". Its now almost the end of August, going on the fifth month (seems like longer actually) and I am frustrated beyond belief.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING TELKOM MOBILE PRODUCTS. THEIR AFTER SALE/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
