Account Cancellation Very Complicated

To Whom This May concern:

I signed up on the phone with Afrihost and used it for a month and due to a relocation, I applied for a cancellation before the 25th of the same month i.e. March 2013. Thulani assisted me on the initial cancellation, then several others assisted me. I had been charged in April and now in May 2013. After applying for a cancellation I had been charged monthly. For the Month of April I was reimbursed, but for May 2013 Afrihost still owes me money.

To complicate matters I was not able to cancel the Telkom Line due to Afrihost's poor service in the cancellation process. This is unfair because now I have to pay Telkom another month due to the Afrihost's inefficiency. It was very easy to sign up but it seems to disconnect or cancel their service things are highly complicated. This is sad because I thought the internet service was good.

Can someone from Afrihost please sort my problem out. What I cannot understand is, when I signed up, Afrihost made contact with Telkom and sorted the process out, now they state that they cannot help me regarding my Telkom account. It is due to their 'mess up' I am in the position where I need to pay Telkom for another month.
