Continue to take my money AFTER cancellation

I have two contracts with Cell C. One is a Cellphone contract the other was for a 3G dongle. The dongle was and when reported and to cancel at no point during the telephone conversation was I informed that requesting a cancellation requires completing a cancellation form to be sent in for notice. Therefore when I went in to a store (Canal Walk) a few months later to discuss my account and possible additions I wanted to make, I was very surprised to discover that this dongle had in fact EXPIRED, even though I was still being charged for it. At no point did anyone contact me to inform me that it was expiring (which would have triggered my action to check on cancellation as I didn't even know it was still active) or that I would continue to be charged for an essentially defunct dongle. So, after getting over the initial surprise at how Cell C continued to take money for something no longer active I asked the store assistant what to do, was made to complete said cancellation document which they said they were sending to head office for me and I would need to pay one more month. I have been charged another 3 months so far with no response to my complaint!!!
