Still being billed after contract cancelled

A case was logged on the 14th of September to cancel my month to month 8ta data contract as I moved to ADSL.
To date I am still being charged for this service.
I have so far made 6 calls to the call center and wasted around R50 in airtime as nothing has happened.
I have also been charged R249 for the last three months.
I have now lost hope in Telkom mobile.
My case number is 6713983
