CELL C PROBLEMS!!!

Currently I have 2 contracts with Cell C and since the beginning of 2013 I have experienced numerous problems.

1. In March 2013 I contacted Cell C advising them that I have received a new job and my pay date will be moving from the 25th to the last day of every month, they advised me that they have made the changes to the system however in April 2013 my debit order will still run on the 25th as they already sent through their debit order run. I advised that its fine. Now today (28 May 2013) I receive an SMS from Cell C saying that if my account is not paid withing 2days my line will be suspended. (FRIDAY IS THE 31ST THEN YOU CAN TAKE THE DEBIT ORDER!!!)

2. In April a sales lady from Cell C contacts me (forgot her name) and advises me that I can take a contract, I then agree to take a new contract, however asking her if I can keep my current MTN Number, she then confirms that she will do a number port for me and deliver sim card and phone in 5 working days. The phone arrives and there it is a cell c number sim card! I have now contacted CELL C 4 times asking them to change this and everytime they just repond that they will get back to me! WHEN???
