Vodacom has been over-charging me since April 2012

Vodacom has been over-charging me since April 2012. The contract was specific to them charging me R250 additional to my contract for 2 months. They have been charging me the additional R250 since then, when the contract specifies that they will only charge me the additional R250 for 2 months. I have been into Vodacom countless times and phoned, but I have not heard back from anyone. This is unacceptable! I am going onto them charging me this for a year!
