Premature Termination Quote

So what happens when you are unhappy with Vodacom and they say well cancel your contract then? Oh quick way for them to make money without any service by charging you for 24months of contract.

I would expect that this cannot be done and I am sure ICASA and the consumer council could look at this as this is charging one for something that is not delivered. Vodacom is not the party suffering damages, it is the consumer due to bad service, cancelation of minutes due to changing of contract... not that the old contract could be reduced as they now have new packages.

So much for customer service!!
