VODACOM CONTINUES TO DEDUCT AFTER CONTRACT ENDS!

I signed a 2 year contract with Vodacom (Canal Walk) that began in 2010 and was due to expire in October 2012. The contract continued to deduct in November and December. I went to the Vodacom store in V&A Waterfront to inquire, where they informed me that the deductions will continue unless you expressly cancel via phoning the call centre and that no refunds would be given for charging beyond the end of the contract. In January 2013 I phoned to cancel and was told they would deduct for one final month, January 2013, and then the deductions would stop. Again, no refund, although I had not signed on for an additional contract. It is now February 2013, and Vodacom has deducted again! Please stop deducting and refund me for four months' payments!
