NO FEEDBACK ON BILLING COMPLAINTS

In November/December 2012, I was due for an upgrade on my contract. I upgraded and Migrated from the "Blackberry 100" package, to the "My standard 229" package that does not operate on the BIS service as my specific deal/contract is for an android phone.

When a reviewed my invoices it came to my attention that they where charging me an additional R59pm for BIS fee and R45pm for an additional sms bundle. When upgrading/migrating my contract i did not sign for either of these 2 items to be added to my account.

I called the vodacom accounts department on Monday 22 July to log my complaint, remove these subscriptions and ask that they refund me for the wrongly charged overcharged amounts. i Received an reference number and was told that vodacom would contact me within 48h to report back on my problem.

On Monday 29 July I had still not heard a word back from vodacom. I followed up on my query, i was told an extra note is being added to the system letting the correct people know that im awaiting a response.

On Thursday 1 August, i followed up again. WITH STILL NO ANSWER TO MY QUERY.
The consultants promised me that they would call me back with an update the following day...
NOTHING!
