Nothing but excuses from Vodacom!

Vodacom has been charging us an additional R239/month every month since April last year. The contract we signed clearly indicates that we only have to pay the additional amount for two months. Every time we query why they are still charging us, they never get back to us. When I reported it on hellopeter, they asked me to send them the contact and this is the response I got:

"We liaised with our Group Legal and received the following feedback.

Regrettably no credit or adjustment will take place as we do not offer a 2
month financed offer. It was clearly a typing/printing error as we will not
charge you R239x2 for a tablet and handset deal.

I do apologise that the outcome is not favourable to you."

As far as I know, a legal contract is binding for both parties. A typing/printing error is their mistake and not ours. We would never have taken the deal if they were going to continue to charge us the additional amount for the full 24 month period. This is absolutely disgusting.
