Unexplainable Account! Pure Frustration 5months!

To whom ever this might concern at this stage! im resorting to reporting this absolute disgrace of service on the internet regarding my MTN account. In short, I had financial problems and ended up on ITC. November 2012 I paid the outstanding arrears to have the account sent back to MTN to continue. MTN refuses to activate my account, ITC states that they will sent a letter to MTN to have it done, weeks past and NO NO NO direction as to when or how this will be done has been communicated. Last statement received was for February 2012! until today I have not moved address. MTN sent me 2 different apparently statements which differs in amount!! stating MISSING FEES??? who has lost it? I have been phoning and emailing with no success, I'm sick of being transferred or "Please Hold'. Best of all, some of the people at legal department has told me that they cant even view my account? Seriously? now I'm apparently back to ITC, but for what, because MTN is dragging their feet? MTN clearly has no interest to help clients set their past financial issues straight but prefers to have them on ITC!
