Tired of being bullied by VODACOM

Well I have been trying since January to stop Vodacom from charging me for BIS, I am on a new contract and no longer have either a blackberry or this contract. I have tried resolving with Customer Service, online, via telephone, via email, I have spoken to approximately half of Vodacom and finally at the end of March 3 months later they have stopped charging me for BIS but have not credited the last 3 months charges.
Now my balance is in dispute because I refuse to pay for the charges they have billed me for the last 3 months, a VODACOM Error!!! They have now suspended my account as this has not been paid, it is a DISPUTE??? AND IT IS VODACOM'S ERROR??? So today I will pay it, I will be submitting my case to the consumer council and as they say nothing in life is free... so true! So VODACOM you have just bought yourself a Social Media Nightmare!
