I posted about telkoms lack of delivery in my area last year -

But Lo and Behold, it is now April 2013, and we have yet to hear a whisper of feedback from Telkom.
It seems that the prompt (and template-like) response we received promising feedback was a lie, nothing more than a half hearted attempt to save face on this website. Yet another broken promise.
