Still no decent response

I laid a complaint on the 20th of this month, and was only answered with the following message on the 24th of June:

Kindly be advised that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department to be investigated. We will provide you with feedback.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I replied to ask what the status of my complaint is, and still I have had no response.

I am getting irritated with Telkom's laid back attitude, and wish that someone would actually start doing what they are paid to do.

I request, actually demand a prompt telephonic response from Telkom and that my ADSL line be installed within the next 2 days.
