PATHETIC SERVICE - NO SERVICE FOR A MONTH

I reported a fault on the 9th of June 2013, which I have been following up with regular calls to Telkom. I posted my problem on hello peter on 30th June, since I received no feedback from Telkom.

I don't need this escalated I need my telephone line repaired. How difficult can it really be to run a new cable.
Frustrated does not begin to describe what I am feeling. I need this sorted or I will be taking this matter further. I think this is absolute pathetic service on your part, when I know there are technicians who sit around and do nothing all day.
