I have to agree with other users on this site - Telkom so call escalate and issue numbers to queries here, but nothing happens - no feedback no communication even after I send them an e mail to the adress they use on thI have had no contact from Telkom despite my queries :

I still have no ADSL and only intermitted Telkom line availability at my residence
