Get It a waste of time - CANCEL IT

I was called about the GET It service from Cell C. I figured why not, for once I will buy into a telephonic sales pitch. Huge mistake. That was months ago. I get an sms LAST WEEK telling me i've been registered for GET IT. Except when you try to log in to the service it tells me I do not exist. When you dial the number on the Get it website, it tells you the number does not exist. I have now called Cell C twice to complain about this very same thing. The customer care call centre knows nothing about anything being wrong, they are adamant the number for the Get It is right - THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE THING HASNT WORKED FOR A MONTH! Then they try to transfer me to the correct department at which point the call cuts out - ergo, the number does not work! Please just cancel this thing. I have the contract with Cell C and thats fine, but please just don't offer me stuff you can not provide.
