You promised me feedback after my first report below:

I tried logging a complaint escalation form via Telkom's website but the page does not want to load. I relocated from Pretoria to Johannesburg recently and applied for my line to be moved well in advance on-line. I had to follow up wit Telkom numerous times and the latest feedback I got is that they cannot service me at my new address as they experience cable in the area. The area also does not meet the technical requirements to provide the service.

They are also not able to tell me when I can be serviced, so in the meantime I pay my internet service provider but cannot access the internet.

I need a Telkom line and ADSL urgently. Please assist.
