WORSE STILL: Formal complaint logged with management via email correspondence on 24.03.2013 to Eldon Bampton & to Jacques Mans on 29.03.2013. Jacques at least responded but purely DELAY TACTICS. Told serious "allegations" made, & needs investigating. Statements taken (Apparently), & CCTV footage analysed on 03.04.2013. Told on numerous occasions will be resolved "SOON". Still NOTHING (Now 09.04.2013).
CONCLUSION - "ALLEGATIONS" WERE INDEED CORRECT & MTN does not have the courtesy or business etiquette 2 inform me, nor make any apologies for their disgusting, lying, deceitful behaviour for being treated like a thug in their supposed "Prime store".
Ever wonder why MORNINGSIDE have no contact numbers since they opened. NOW U KNOW. They would need to open a call centre the size of Sandton CBD just to handle the complaints alone. Check out statistics on hello peter: - 96% Complaints, ONLY 4% conversion ratio from Complaint 2 Compliment.
MY SUGGESTION 2 subscribers on hellopeter - NEVER CONSIDER MTN. Its not my 1st distasteful experience either.
